ICHECK IN: SATURDAY AFTER 3PM CHECK OUT: SATURDAY BY 10AM.  PLEASE, NO EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES! KEY PICKUP: You may pick up keys between 3PM and 4PM on Saturday when you arrive and drop them off at the office by 10:00AM Saturday when you leave. Please be on time in consideration of the next family who will be checking in for their vacation. Please leave your private vacation rental home as it was when you arrived. We cannot arrange extensions on check out times. RESERVATIONS: Contact you rental agent on availability. One half of the rental rate is required for reservation confirmation. The remainder, plus the security deposit, are due upon arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable once the rental has been inspected after your departure. Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks (this is an extremely busy season in the Adirondacks.) RENTAL INFORMATION: Each of our quality vacation homes are privately owned and each one offers its own special unique qualities. The homes are equipped with cooking and eating utensils, small appliances, some pillows, blankets, (you will need to bring sheets, towels, clear garbage bags and paper products.) Check on the bed sizes in your rental. Each home has a different water supply-some are on town water, some have wells, and some use water from the lakes (in this case you will have to bring your own bottled drinking water.)

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you should need to cancel your reservation at any time, the rental agents will do their best to rebook your time frame with another renter. If the agents are unsuccessful in doing so, the rental deposit will be forfeited. If the agent is successful in re-booking the vacation home rental for the same time frame, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00. The remainder of your confirmation deposit will be mailed to you. Please be considerate of the fact that there are a limited number of vacation rentals available and a larger number of families who would like to spend their vacation in the Adirondacks.
